96phd Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "96phd," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to 96phd, the online gaming platform operated at 96phd.org and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on 96phd or otherwise accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered personal account created by a Player on 96phd for the purpose of accessing games and services.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 96phd wallet, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a 96phd promotion.
• "Real Funds" refers to actual money deposited by a Player using GCash, Maya, bank transfer, USDT, or any other accepted payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, live dealer game, slot, bingo room, arcade game, or sports betting market available on the 96phd Platform.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products, features, games, payment functions, promotional programs, and customer support provided through 96phd.

To be eligible to register and use 96phd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from 96phd or from another online gaming platform operated by the same operator.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 96phd or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are registering and using the Platform voluntarily, with full understanding of the financial risk involved in real-money gaming.

96phd reserves the right to request documentation verifying eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 96phd. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other information as 96phd may require. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update your account profile promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 96phd will never ask you to disclose your password. Any action taken on the Platform using your account credentials is deemed to be authorized by you.

If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify 96phd support immediately via live chat at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be implemented without delay.

96phd accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for Philippine Peso methods and the equivalent of USD $10 for USDT deposits. Maximum deposit limits are set at the account level and may vary based on KYC verification status and VIP tier.

Deposits are credited to a Player's 96phd wallet substantially in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 96phd is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, network outages, or the Player's financial institution.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously verified in the Player's account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for PHP methods. 96phd targets processing of GCash withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of submission, though this is a service target and not a contractual guarantee. USDT withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes.

96phd reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended pending satisfactory completion of verification.

All funds deposited on 96phd are denominated and held in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless explicitly noted otherwise. USDT balances are maintained separately and converted at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit or withdrawal as applicable.

96phd offers various promotional programs including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. The specific terms governing each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts — are set out in the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before a withdrawal request can be made from a balance that includes Bonus Funds. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.

One bonus may be active per account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus balance. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand and accept bonus terms before claiming any promotion.

96phd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players only. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system through irregular betting patterns, hedging, or other techniques designed to exploit promotional offers may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

All games available on 96phd that involve a random outcome utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The integrity of RNG systems used on the Platform is certified by independent testing laboratories. 96phd does not manipulate game outcomes.

Each game on 96phd has a theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage that represents the long-term statistical payout rate of that game. RTP information is available within each game's information panel. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee any outcome in an individual session.

Live dealer games are operated in real time from professional studios. Game results in live dealer games are determined by the physical outcome of cards dealt, wheels spun, or dice rolled, as applicable. 96phd is not responsible for internet connectivity issues that may affect a Player's experience of live games.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, 96phd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. The decision of 96phd regarding technical malfunctions is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 96phd and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or money laundering through gaming transactions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players in games where collusion could affect the outcome or provide an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other Players.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, harms, or places an unreasonable burden on 96phd's infrastructure or the experience of other Players.
• Abusing the bonus system through wagering patterns, hedging strategies, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming.

96phd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A Player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 96phd is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• A Player's account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• A Player requests self-exclusion under 96phd's Responsible Gaming program.
• The Platform determines that a Player has registered under a false identity or is ineligible to use the Services.

In the event of account suspension due to a breach of these Terms, 96phd may withhold any or all balances pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, all balances — including both Real Funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited. Where a suspension is determined to be unwarranted following investigation, Real Funds will be returned to the Player through the original deposit method.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting 96phd support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Funds balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

96phd takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. All Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time alerts; and temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

Players who wish to self-exclude from 96phd may do so by submitting a request through the account settings panel or by contacting 96phd support directly. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and 96phd will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from opening a new account on the Platform.

96phd enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement at registration and reserves the right to close any account where the Player is found to be underage, with all Real Funds returned to the verified payment source. 96phd is committed to preventing underage gambling and cooperates with applicable authorities in this regard.

All content on the 96phd Platform, including but not limited to the 96phd name, logo, domain, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of 96phd or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 96phd content.

Game titles, artwork, and software provided by third-party game providers (including but not limited to JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and Evolution Gaming) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are licensed to 96phd for display on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 96phd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any game thereon. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether 96phd was advised of the possibility of such damages.

96phd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and force majeure events may temporarily affect availability.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk. Participation in any game on 96phd is voluntary and at the Player's sole discretion and risk. 96phd does not guarantee any particular outcome and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gaming activity on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the 96phd Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first submit any dispute to 96phd's customer support team in writing for informal resolution. 96phd commits to acknowledging such disputes within five (5) business days and to making a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.

Where a dispute concerns the outcome of a game, the records and logs maintained by 96phd's gaming system shall constitute the primary evidence of the transaction in question. Players may request a copy of relevant game records through 96phd support.

96phd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact information associated with their accounts and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.

Continued use of the 96phd Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to the revised Terms should cease using the Platform and close their account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 8 of these Terms.

The version of the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of any transaction or dispute shall be the version applicable to that transaction or dispute.
